Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Salesperson to drive the sales efforts of our commercial roof installation and repair services. This role is crucial in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and solidifying our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be aggressive in pursuing new business opportunities, skilled in relationship building, and knowledgeable about commercial roofing solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders, including property managers, building owners, and facility managers.
• Close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's reputation for excellence and reliability.
• Utilize CRM software to track progress, manage leads, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial construction or roofing industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
